“My daughter's first birthday party was ‘ice cream’ themed and we wanted to create an ice cream bar for the kiddos. We came across Soft Swirlz, and it was PERFECT...exactly what we had been looking for! The owners are informative and were extremely helpful in planning and deciding what package best fit our needs. Delivery and pick up was seamless. They made sure that we knew exactly what to do in any circumstance, and made sure we knew they were available if needed. The machine is extremely easy to use. “I was nervous about renting from a new company – as I had rented from my previous company for over 10 years. However, you exceeded expectations. The machines were far superior (while still the Taylor machines). They were kept up and were not leaking and having issues like the other place I used to use. The carts were much more up-to-date with being able to adjust the height. And, the product was delicious as well. You were very accommodating when I had to add to my order. “I loved my experience with Soft Swirlz. So simple and easy to book my event. Sarah knew all the questions to ask and made my birthday event turn out perfect! She showed up with everything - from the clean ice cream machine, toppings, bowls, napkins, the delicious ice cream right down to the color changing spoons!! So much fun. We had a self-serve event and everyone had the best time feeling like a kid in a candy store! The machine functioned without any issues and just gave us those yummy frozen swirls of heaven. Sarah was so easy to contact via text so I always felt in control and confident that everything was going as planned. Would I use them again?? Absolutely!! Worth every cent!!”

“I truly can’t thank Soft Swirlz enough for their kindness and her willingness to make our unique situation so special. When my grandfather passed away, his absolute favorite thing was to have ice cream from his favorite BBQ restaurant. I contacted Sarah, very last minute, hoping and praying that we would be able to use their services at my grandfather's Celebration of Life. At the initial time I contacted her, they had an event with that machine in use for the evening. But, Sarah carefully thought out the whole day and was able to make it work, and it was a hit!
