Setup NEEDS

  • Entrance Access: A warm welcome for our team to enter and set up.

  • Setup Spot: Guide us to a spot that's flat and accessible (think no stairs, grass, or uneven terrain, please).

  • Power Up: A heads-up on where we can plug into a 20 amp power source.

  • Prep the Mix: We'll handle the magic of mixing for a perfect soft serve consistency.

  • Party On: With the setup squared away, all that's left is for you to dive into the fun of your party!

Our Service Radius

While we primarily serve Aubrey, Frisco, Dallas, Garland, Farmers Branch, McKinney, Plano, and surrounding areas, we're happy to travel further to bring Soft Swirlz's joy to your special event.

For events beyond our North Dallas base—reaching as far as Austin and San Antonio for sizable gatherings—please reach out!

An additional delivery fee applies for distances outside our immediate area, ensuring no celebration is left without ice cream!
